Eight Year-old Bundelkhand boy among those killed in Nairobi

An eight-year-old Indian boy from Bundelkhand has been killed in the Nairobi mall terror attack. His mother and sister (12) were wounded.

Pramanshu's family had shifted to Kenya from Indore three months earlier after his father, Manoj Jain, who works for a nationalized bank, was promoted and posted there.

The three were at the mall when terrorists stormed the mall. The mother-daughter duo were said to be critically wounded.

Shobhna Tiwari, a 63-year-old professor from Madhya Pradesh's Khandwa district, too was battling for her life after she was wounded in the attack.

"My sister was injured in the attack on Saturday night. We phoned her on Monday. She took two bullets in left leg, but excessive bleeding prevented doctors from going for a surgery," Shobhna's brother, Shantanu Dixit, told TOI over phone from Khandwa.
