It is a good and benifical package for the most disadvantaged area of the country. The most important component of the implementation process which is to be taken into consideration while implementing the project shall be the participatory approaches, methodologies and planning at the grass root level means with involvement of the stakeholders. For this, the govt should constitute a separate project implementation unit under the umbrella of state govt. The active NGOs working in the area with the community and having relative experiences should be given responsibilities of actual implementation the project activities befitting with the real needs of the concerned community. The project progress should be regularly monitored by a separate monitoring team consisting technical as well as social experts based on the defined indicators to assess the actual impact of the project activities.
