(Breaking NEWS) Revenge of Dadua's death::Thokia gunned down six STF men

Six members of the Uttar Pradesh police's Special Task Force have been shot dead in an encounter with the Thokia gang.

The STF team was returning from Chitrakoot.

The setback to the state police force comes a day after the same force had shot dead the dreaded dacoit Dadua and 12 members of his gang on Sunday.

The encounter was the second attempt made by a 20-member group of the STF to kill the dacoit Thokia. An earlier operation on Sunday had to be aborted.

The second attempt was launched late on Sunday but proved to be very costly for the police. Just one member of the Thokia gang was killed in the firing.
